Firmware Upgrade OceanStor 5xxx V3 fail because of SmartErase task on LUN

Firmware Upgrade fails because SmartErase task is still attached to a LUN

While running a firmware upgrade process for OceanStor 5500 V3, the upgrade process failed, because a SmartErase task, that was already finished (but not deleted), resulted in the OceanStor Tool Kit detecting a status 'abnormal' for that particular LUN.

Why is this so? What's the influence of an upgrade/patch on LUNs that this process cannot take place while a LUN is in a so called abnormal state? I mean: I understand that the OTK detects that the LUN is in an 'abnormal' state, but this is not because it is in Error, but because the statusses "Online" and "Healthy" are not met.

Thanks for your question, can you please show me more details, like the screenshot of 'abnormal' status on toolkit, the log of storage, etc. So we can analyze what the problem is, thanks!
