In other words you're saying it cannot work in the Caribbean particularly Grenada, because it works in the other Caribbean Islands who uses the same frequencies and Simm Cards as I am. If yes, I'll just have to return it and check out another maker

Yes, Huawei is an equipment manufacturer, but our forum is mainly for enterprise network equipment. In addition, you need to contact the ISP to obtain the device software package, which Huawei cannot provide directly.
