My question is about how to upgrade 4G modem firmware without damage it

Hi,
As far as I know, the modem is integrated on the LTE interface card, and the modems are not saled individually. In other words, it's impossible to upgrade the modem independently.

Hi E.DR_91!
Check whether a 4g module is available. If yes, the 4g module is used by the router. They can't send text messages because the 4G module is mainly for the router to dial up.
