Firewall prevent us to receive big Data

Hi,support.


We need to downlaod IVS Video but firewall prevent us to receive big Data.

However, the supervisor refused to configure the firewall

Maybe you can go to the data centre to connect your laptop directly and download it if the firewall problem cannot be solved.
