Firewall disk space is full

Hello all,

Because the firewall hard disk is constantly storing log information, but I want to know how does the FW handle logs when the disk space is full?

Please help me thanks!

Hello@listena,

The system allocates the default disk space for each module. When the disk space for a module is full, the device handles new logs as configured. You can set Processing Mode to Overwrite or Discard under Set Log Process Mode upon Full Disk Space. The default action is Overwrite.

Overwrite: indicates that new logs overwrite the oldest logs in case of insufficient log storage space.

Discard: indicates that new logs are discarded in case of insufficient log storage space.
