FI Cluster installation exits with "Failed to obtain the available security information because connection to the server can not be established"

Hi,

Im trying to install a new FI cluster V100R002C80SPC200 (a test hybrid scenario with 3 nodes where the mgmt node, control node and data nodes are deployed all together).

I'm using the "FusionInsight V100R002C80SPC200 Configuration Planning Tool 03.zip" and sucessfully ran the pre-check script and installed Manager into the two management nodes.

I have set up IE11 according to the instructions (deselect Use SSL 2.0 and Use SSL 3.0, and select Use TLS 1.1, and Use TLS 1.2, and deselect Display intranet sites in Compatibility View).

When I access http://WebServeice_Float-IP_FI-Manager:8080/web then select "Template Installation", select the template created with the configuration planning tool and then confirm and submit, the cluster install starts...then some steps are completed but then the installation stops with the following error:


"Failed to obtain the available security information because connection to the server can not be established"

Anyone has a clue or can give me some tips where should I find the error log for this?

Hi,Raul,According to your description, I get the following information: Your manager is installed, the cluster is being installed, and the browser configuration is complete. As shown in the figure, when you install the cluster, the network of a node is faulty and the connection cannot be created. As a result, the package fails to be provisioned. Check the network connection of each node and check whether the ping operations can be performed on each node. If you want to check the logs, view the following logs:
