Hello!
If you use HiKnow then you can't right now post anything. The is no forum category in the mobile forum. But if you use full version then you can post your feedback as the regular post.

Now, when forum categories are present I was able to test feedback posts.
First you need to start creating the post. It should not be "ask for help".
Then you will be asked about its parameters and in that page you could choose "feedback...".
I just checked out from HiKnow.

Yes, it generally works but even in some categories, we can't select feedback and suggestion.

  • Enterprise Wireless (eLTE, GSM-R)

So, maybe they aren't exists in some forum categories?
