Features Cisco don‘t have?

Hello

i want to know some features found in huawei S3700-28TP-EI-DC but not found in Cisco switches ,

i'm found hybird VLAN is not found in cisco switch ,

any one know another features allow to me to reject the cisco switch because i'm prefer huawei switch but my manager prefer the cisco WS-C2960S-24TS-L high performence in and i want to Persuaded my manager.
