Hi team, here's a new case.
Symptom
In FusionCloud 2.0.6, the VDC backup capacity is not limited, an error is reported during manual backup or an automatic backup scheduling failure alarm is reported, and the quota is insufficient.
Cause
The initial backup capacity of a VDC is set to unlimited.
The Karbor background does not record the tenant's quota information.
If the tenant's quota cannot be read, the default quota is 10 TB.
If the quota exceeds the upper limit, the backup fails and the quota is insufficient.
Resolved Version
FusionCloud6.3
Solution
You can modify the backup quota of the tenant in the karbor by modifying the VDC backup capacity.
Log in to ManageOne Operation Management Portal as the admin user and modify the VDC backup capacity.
1. Change the backup capacity of the VDC to the upper limit. (During the modification, the MO requires that other capacities be modified, and the modified values are valid values.)
2. Change the backup capacity of the VDC to unlimited. (During the modification, the MO requires that other capacities be changed to Unlimited.)
