FAT AP v2r19c10spc200 AirEngine fails to broadcasting SSID

Vap profile name xxx
ssid xxx
service-vlan x
type service

Normally this FAT AP should continue to broadcasting SSID with the above configuration,but not working... ? what is the problem ?

do i need to bind with wlan-radio0/0/0 or wlan-radio0/0/1 interfaces ?
