If you have a problem like following when you download something in support website:


(Note: currently Cloud download only supports IE and firefox 42.0 or lower version)
You can try the following(please make sure you login the windows system with admin accout first):
Step 1,please download the latest version of HedEx Lite by thisURL:http://support.huawei.com/carrier/hdxDownload
and set the IE as the default browser then restart HedEx Lite and try download again.
If the issue still happen after step 1,please try step 2.
Step 2,you can close all the browsers and try click the “one-click repair” and try download again.

If the issue still happen after step 2,please try step 3.
Step 3 ,please check the default level of IE options.please cancel the select of “enable protected mode” and change the levels to medium or medium-low,then try download again.

If the issue still happen after step 3,you can try use the attached version to download.
If the issue still happen after all the above steps,do not worry! there is a new function of the support website that you can copy the link in the Pop-up.And you can download the files only with two following steps ![]()
1.click the "copy the download link" in the Pop-up.

2.click the "new task" in HedEx Lite clould download and start to download the files.
