Log output modes supported by the firewalls of USG9500 V300R001C01

Log Type			Log Format	Log Output Mode	Description
Session logs	IPv4 session logs (Including the PAT and No-PAT modes)	Session aging logs	l Binary l Netflow l Syslog	The logs are directly sent to the LogCenter. When the logs are output in syslog format, the timestamps in the log headers can be adjusted.	The firewall can output logs only in one format at a time.
		Session creation logs	l Binary l Netflow l Syslog	The logs are directly sent to the LogCenter. When the logs are output in syslog format, the timestamps in the log headers can be adjusted.	The firewall can output logs only in one format at a time.
		Scheduled session logs	l Binary l Netflow l Syslog	The logs are directly sent to the LogCenter. When the logs are output in syslog format, the timestamps in the log headers can be adjusted.	The firewall can output logs only in one format at a time.
	IPv4 NAT No-PAT session logs (server-map logs)		Binary	The logs are directly sent to the LogCenter.	The firewall outputs only logs in binary format.
	IM session logs		l Binary l Syslog	The logs are directly sent to the LogCenter. When the logs are output in syslog format, the timestamps in the log headers can be adjusted.	The firewall can output logs only in one format at a time.
	IPv6 DS-Lite session logs	Session aging logs	l Binary l Netflow	The logs are directly sent to the LogCenter.	The firewall can output logs only in one format at a time.

	Packets that do not hit sessions are discarded.		Syslog	The logs are directly sent to the LogCenter. The timestamps in the log headers can be adjusted.
Port range logs (port pre-allocation logs and incremental allocation logs)	Port block allocation or release logs		Syslog	The logs are directly sent to the LogCenter. The timestamps in the log headers can be adjusted.	The firewall outputs only logs in syslog format.
	Port block keepalive logs		Syslog	The logs are directly sent to the LogCenter. The timestamps in the log headers can be adjusted.	The firewall outputs only logs in syslog format.
System logs			Syslog	The logs are sent to the LogCenter through the information center. The timestamps in the log headers can be adjusted.	The firewall outputs only logs in syslog format.
