【FAQ】How to store snapshots taken on IVS client on server

I want to share with you how to store snapshots taken on the IVS client on the server.

Background

Snapshots taken on the C/S client can be stored on the server. The VCN3000 supports platform and local snapshot functions. Snapshots that are taken through the platform are stored under /Snapshot on the server.

Method introduction & Solution

The path for storing platform snapshots cannot be changed. Local snapshots are stored under C:\IVS\LocalPictureFile by default. To change the local snapshot storage path, perform the following operations:

Step 1 In the Service Operation panel on the left of Workspace tab page, double-click Snapshots. The Snapshots tab page is displayed.

Step 2 Click the Local Snapshot Setting tab. The Local Snapshot Setting tab page is displayed, as shown in the below image

Step 3 Click  on the right of Live snapshot, and choose the directory of live snapshot
