【FAQ】How to Add an Electronic Map on the VCN3010?
Hello, everyone. I want to share with you how to add an Electronic Map on the VCN3000
Background
The VCN3010 has restrictions on the size, format, and quantity of electronic maps. If electronic maps to be added do not meet requirements, the system will display an error message during electronic map importing. You need to change the size, format, and quantity of electronic maps to be added based on below notes .
Method introduction & Solution
To add an electronic map, perform the following operations:
Step 1 On the right of the Workspace tab page on the C/S client, click Map. The Map tab page is displayed, as shown in below picture
Step 2 In the Map floating box, click and choose Add Map.
Step 3 Select the map storage path and enter the map name.
Step 4 Click OK to load the map.
Notes
· The following map formats are supported: .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .bmp, .tif, .tiff, and .png
· The minimum map size supported by the system is 64 x 64. The maximum map size supported by the system is 4096 x 4096.
· A maximum of 64 maps can be added to the VCN3010.
