Failure when downgrading the AP version

hi


i have AC with verion v2r7c20spc300 and i recently connected AP6050dn version v2r10c0spcf01  

the AP shows as version mismatch so i tried to downgrade to v7c20  but i got the following error

Error: Upgrade failed because the target software is incompatible with the hardware BOM version. For the software version supporting the new BOM, query the product documentation.


please advice,

NOTE : i canot upgrade the AC to v2r10 as there is many aps are normal already just need the path to downgrade this AP version .

Hi user_4253529,
After consulting experts, the AP4050DN and AP6050DN cannot be degraded due to hardware limitations. In addition, the AC cannot be upgraded independently because the versions of other APs may not match after the AC is upgraded. V200R007C20 has reached EOS. You are advised to upgrade the AC and AP to V200R019C00SPC500 or later.
From V200R019C00SPC500, WACs can work with APs in two earlier or later R versions. For easy memorization, it is called "N±2" cross-version mapping.
For example, WACs in V200R019C10 can manage APs in V200R019, APs in earlier V200R009 and V200R010, and APs in later V200R020 and V200R021.

The AP6050DN AP6150DN supports V200R010C00 and later versions, V200R009C00 and later versions, and V200R008C10SPCa00 and later versions. V200R007C20SPCh00 and later versions and V200R007C10SPCc00 and later versions.
I am not sure whether these versions can be downgraded, I will check with the experts and get back to you as soon as possible.

Thanks for your feedback i will wait your reply if we can downgrade it to V200R007C20SPCh00 or not ,, also if cannot be downgraded what will be the solution only upgrade the AC ?
another this is this the same for AP4050DN with version V200R010C00SPCb00
