This post addresses the failure occurring the server IP address. Please follow the procedure below in order to solve it:
1. Log in to the server as the admin user and run the su - root command to switch to the root user.
2. Run the hostname command to query the server host name.
If the host name has been changed, go to 3.
3. Run the hostname -f original host name command to change the host name back.
4. Check whether the fault is rectified.
