Failure to View or Record Live Video from Some ONVIF-compliant Cameras
Symptom
Cameras connected through the ONVIF protocol work properly. After a software upgrade, some cameras cannot support live video viewing and platform recording.
Possible Cause
The authentication mode is changed during the software upgrade.
Solution
- Log in to the IVS C/S client.
- On the Workspace tab page, choose .
The Local Domain page is displayed.
- Select the faulty cameras from the device list and click Restart. Then go to the next step.
- Check whether the fault is rectified.
If the fault is rectified, no further action is required. If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
