A project in East China uses a new 175KTL inverter. After grid-tied onsite, one inverter fails to be connected to the grid. In this case, you need to upgrade the inverter software version to SUN2000HAV300R001C00SPC102, upgrade the SmartLogger to SUN2000HA V300R001C00SPC107 to resolve this issue. When you log in to the SmartLogger to import the inverter upgrade package, the system displays a message indicating that the upgrade package fails to be uploaded or the upgrade package cannot be uploaded when a user is importing or exporting the package.
Solution: 1. Use the exclusion method to check whether the inverter upgrade package fails to be uploaded.
2. Use the SmartLogger in another region of the project to upload the upgrade package. The upgrade package can be successfully uploaded. Therefore, the problem is not caused by the inverter upgrade package or engineer operations.
3. If the problem is caused by the SmartLogger, log in to the SmartLogger as a common user, an advanced user, and a special user in sequence, and exit the SmartLogger to resolve the problem that the user is importing or exporting the upgrade package. After the preceding operations are complete, the inverter upgrade package still fails to be uploaded, but no user is importing or exporting the upgrade package. Therefore, it is determined that the upgrade package cannot be uploaded when the user is importing or exporting the upgrade package. Log in to the SmartLogger and exit.
4. Import the inverter upgrade package to the SmartLogger again. If the upload still fails, go to the SmartLogger maintenance page, reset the SmartLogger, restart the SmartLogger, and import the inverter upgrade package again. The fault is rectified. If the inverter upgrade package fails to be uploaded to the SmartLogger, reset the SmartLogger.
