Failure to scan LVC apk barcode

Issue Description

Customer reported that he can't scan the LVC apk barcode.

Handling Process

1- Login IBMC

2- Go to LVC windows system, delete the old QR code page file.

3- Modify the “QR code Address” to another incorrect value, save. And then recover it to correct value.

Root Cause

LVC restart will trigger this failure. LVC not running as Administrator rights after windows restart.
