Failure to Play Video from the Camera After the PC Where the C/S Client Locates is Resumed
Symptom
After the PC where the C/S client locates is resumed upon power outage, you cannot play video from the camera that was playing video on the video wall before the power outage on the video wall.
Possible Cause
The file that stores video wall operations is damaged.
Solution
- Log in to the C/S client, and go to "C:\Users\OS account\AppData\Roaming\IVS\server IP address\IVS_IVS account\".
- Delete the ScenarioFavorite.xml file and exit the C/S client.
- Log in to the C/S client again.
- Check whether the fault is rectified.
If the fault is rectified, no further action is required. If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
