Step 1 Verify that the /share/voice directory is
accessible.
1. Click Start.
2. Enter \\File server IP address\share\voice
in Search programs and files and click Enter.
If the path is not accessible,
see Configuring an NFS Client to configure an NFS client.
Step 2 Verify that
Windows Media Player 9.0 or later is installed on the PC.
Step 3 Check
whether the wmp.reg file exists.
If yes, open the file.
If no, contact
Huawei technical support.
Step 4 Verify that the network protocol such as
Samba are disabled on the VTA.
If the network protocols such as Samba and
WINS are enabled, disabled the protocols..
Step 5 Verify that time among
servers is synchronized. If time among servers is not synchronized, do time
synchronization.
Step 6 Check whether the fault is rectified.
If the
fault is rectified, the troubleshooting ends.
If the fault persists,
contact Huawei technical support.
