Failure to Log In to the iClient of the IVS3800

 I have a problem that I cannot log in to the IVS3800 by iClient.and  I'll share this case.

Product.IVS3800S

Version.V100R019C50SPC200.

【Problem Description】

I installed a IVS3800 server,but I cann't ping the server buiness ip address.

【Troubleshooting Procedure】

 I search for the related configuration in the product documentation.And compared to the current connection.The connection is normal.

Log in to the service operating system and check the NIC usage.

The network rate is abnormal. The network rate of the electrical port should be 1000Mbps.

When we check again ,and we found that the server is configured with an optical network adapter.

After the connection mode is adjusted according to the product documentation, the iClient can login now.
