Issue Description
Version information:
SoftCo: V100R002C04SPC300
UC: V100R001C02SPC100

After the official licenses of the SoftCo9500 and BMU have been loaded, all the eSpace users cannot log in to the eSpace clients and Incorrect UC account or password, or this UC account does not have the right to use this program is displayed.
