Failure to Generate 3D Graphical Reports

When you query 3D graphical reports, no 3D graphical report is found and the following information is displayed:
Error: Flash files are not available. Therefore, the report cannot be generated.

Step 1 Copy fusion in File from the eSpace BIR installation package to the eSpace BIR installation directory, for example, /opt/HuaweiTechnologies/ReportServer, on the report server.
Step 2 Query 3D graphical reports again. The 3D graphical reports are generated correctly.
Step 3 If the fault still persists, obtain help through the channels described in Help Channels.
