Symptom
When you log in to the eSpace IVS client, the system displays a dialog box shown in Figure 1. When you click Yes, the system displays "File creation exception" and the automatic upgrade fails.

Possible Causes
The current version does not support the automatic client upgrade function.
Procedure
- Back up local data, such as the MAP directoty under the client installation directory, download.info.xml file, and ivscu.db file under the CommonDll directory.
- Uninstall the current client.
- Manually install a client of the latest version.
- Replace the MAP directory under the client installation directory, download.info.xml file, and ivscu.db file under the CommonDll directory with the backup files.
- Check whether the fault is rectified.
