Failure to Connect to NVR6016

Applicable Models:
eSpace IPC2601-P, eSpace IPC5601-P, eSpace IPC2701-P, and eSpace IPC5701-P

Symptom:

The device cannot connect to NVR6016.

Handling Process
Step 1 Visit Huawei website to obtain the upgrade package.

NOTE:
For details about how to obtain the upgrade package, see section Obtaining IPC Upgrade Packages(As Follow).

Step 2 Log in to the IPC web page as the admin user.

NOTE:
For details about the default password of the admin user, see the user guide for the device.

Step 3 Choose Settings > System Configuration > Version Upgrade. The version upgrade page is displayed, as shown in Figure 1.

 
NOTE:
You can upgrade the version only when the kernel file and upgrade file are available.

Step 4 Click Browse close to System firmware(uImage) to select the System firmware upgrade file.

Step 5 Click Browse close to Application(jffs2) to select the Application upgrade file.

Step 6 Click Upgrade.

A confirm dialog box is displayed.

Step 7 Click OK to perform the upgrade.

Step 8 Check whether the fault is rectified.
  • If yes, no further operation is required.
  • If no, contact your service provider for assistance.

The IPC software does not match the NVR6016 software.

On NVR Management "CMC and PCG " Stopped running

Please i cannot login into IVS and when i go to NVR Management the state of CMC and PCG are stopped, i went to the start service file:///C:/Users/Nhamussua/Desktop/Shared/NVR CMC PCG.PNGfile:///C:/Users/Nhamussua/Desktop/Shared/NVR CMC PCG.PNG
