Overview: VDI project using FusionCube to support 500 users
Issue Description :When customer try to use the Huawei TC to configure the Cisco switch by using the convertor (USB to Serial)cable.
the VM couldn't read the Serial cable.
Handling Process
1 install the driver for The convertor (USB to Serial)
2 upgrade the Access Agent for one VM to match the FusionAccess V100R005C20SPC100 version as attached picture
3 after upgraded, restart the VM and try to connect with putty
Solution
We need to upgrade the version of FusionAccess to FusionAccess V100R005C20SPC100 or we can use the temporary solution by upgrading the Access Agent for the VM which we need use it to connect the Device
Failure to connect the TC with Cisco device through the serial port
