The CTI fails to decrypt the number received from the USM.
The encryption or decryption failure may occur during digit collection when CTI-LINK switchover is triggered by the network intermittent disconnection.
You can consider my solution:
1. Log in to the web configuration console as a system administrator.
2. Choose System Configuration > CCS/Media Server > CTI Configuration.
3. On the Basic Info tab page, change the value of Encryption Type to No encryption, as shown in the following figure:
