Failure to Collect Digits After a Call Is Connected to the IVR Process

I am facing a issue that after a call is connected to the IVR process, the user presses 1 as prompted. The operation procedure is as follows: After entering the flow, press 1 as prompted. The system prompts "Sorry, the key is invalid."

Hi, boss!


The CTI fails to decrypt the number received from the USM.


The encryption or decryption failure may occur during digit collection when CTI-LINK switchover is triggered by the network intermittent disconnection.


You can consider my solution:


1. Log in to the web configuration console as a system administrator.


2. Choose System Configuration > CCS/Media Server > CTI Configuration.


3. On the Basic Info tab page, change the value of Encryption Type to No encryption, as shown in the following figure:

Hello, bro! Hoping you are fine. For this issue, you need to check the whether the IVR flow is correct, and whether the vocie file and the IVR flow are matched. if you donot know how to check it, you can collect the IVR file and voice file, send to huawei local support team for help.

hello sir ,please double check your IVR file and IVR flow is correct , because it's possible that the voice file plays that ask you to dial 1 ,but in the IVR setting, there are no such button, so please double check the the IVR flow ,if still problem you can send the IVR file to huawei TAC for help
