Step 1 Verify that different shortcut keys are configured on the PC and VTM for changing the input mode. Ensure that Ctrl+Shift+Space is not configured as shortcut keys for changing the input mode on the PC.
Step 2 Ensure that the input mode on the PC is set to English.
Step 3 Check whether the fault is rectified.
If the fault is rectified, the troubleshooting ends.
If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support
