When you add a camera following a wizard on the IVS client, the camera fails to be added due to password authentication failure. After you enter a correct password, the camera still cannot be added.
The camera does not use the default user name and password. If you search for the camera for multiple times, the camera password is locked. In this case, the camera cannot be added.
Wait until the password lock time elapses, or restart the device.
Suggestion: It is recommended that you enter a correct login password for the first time after you find the camera to add.
