Hi, there.


Today I'm having a problem when I try to create a new subscriber in my OLT MA5608T, this OLT actually has 2 Service boards and around 2050 subscribers and I'm receiving this message Failure: The total number of ONTs is beyond the system limitation.


I know this model Manages around 4096 ONTs, so I don't understand why the limit is at half capacity.

Can somebody help me? Thanks in advance.

Hello, friend!

Generally, the number of connected ONTs depends on the OLT service boards. Different boards have different capabilities. Can you provide the version information of the MA5608T and the model and quantity of service boards?

Hi Chenxintao, thanks for your interest. Actually I have V800R015C00 version, and 2 x 16 ports service boards.

Sure, 2 H805GPFD Service Board and 1 H801MCUD1 Control Board.

The total number of Access ONTs

• Before the V800R015C10 version: 2048
• V800R015C10 and later versions: 4096

Confirmed:

MA5600T

This is because the system version is limited.

Suggestions upgrade the device version.
