HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

A metropolitan area network is a 10G ring composed of OSN3500, with a large service capacity, which can carry and meet customer needs. Another provider RNC equipment is 155M ATM POS port, OSN 3500 equipment provides STM-1 rate port, and the peer equipment arriving through the transmission network is the core network equipment.

At the start of the cutover that night, the fiber jumper personnel connected the STM-1 rate processing single board SLH1 of the OSN 3500 equipment at both ends and the corresponding interface board OU08 to the ATM rate ports of the other provider of RNC equipment and core network equipment. After confirming that the transmission service and equipment status are normal, the RNC service still cannot start?

I ask for help!

Thanks.

Dear friend!
You can troubleshoot the problem in the following ways:
1. Check whether the client-side equipment at both ends supports channelized services. If the service is un-channelized, configure it as a VC-4 service.
2. Check whether the J0, J1, and C2 byte configurations of the interconnected ports are consistent.
3. Check the fiber patch cords at the site and ensure that the fiber patch cords are correctly connected.

Thanks!
