hello,


What is missing in the attached configuration of the ME60 so that it sends the message in the red box to the client ?

Hi, MohamedAliKhouja!
According to the captured packets, the possible causes are as follows:
1. The response packet sent from the terminal to the ME60 is discarded on the link. As a result, the ME60 considers that no response packet is received and sends a No response packet and disconnects the link.If this is the cause, check the intermediate equipment.
2. Packets from the terminal have been sent to the ME60, but are discarded by the CPCAR on the ME60. Therefore, the ME60 considers that there is no packet and sends a No Response message.

if the packets are rejected by the CPCAR on the ME60, how can we recover them ?

You can run the display cpu-defend command to check the current status and the number of lost packets. You can also run the following command to check whether CP CAR is configured.

The router is not responding for two reasons I told you yesterday. It is possible that these are the reasons why the router is not responding.According to the CPU statistics collected yesterday, no packet loss occurs on the router.There are only transmit and receive packets.
