Failure in Provisioning VM in Fusion Access V100R005C20

When I Provision VM in FA V100R005C20 it will stack in 50% the error message is "failed to rename the VM check the Template or the DHCP Server but i check both of them and I am not able to fix it , when I try to login by VNC to the VM when it is in provision Process, it will open it with out naming it,

so can you  help me on this issue.

hello, i think it is name rule reason, so suggest you create a new name rule.
Ensure that the computer name generated using the naming rule does not exist on the AD and is supported by the template.
Note:
Template support mainly refers to language support. For example, the operating system that supports only English does not support the naming rule of the computer name that is expected to contain Chinese characters.
Use the new naming rule to provision the VM again.
Note:
If an OU needs to be selected for a provisioned VM, ensure that the selected OU exists on the AD.

The solution is non-domain solution their is no AD , for the User Lists we imported them by Excel to the Fusion Access , and i checked the Naming Rule even i created it again but it is the same.
