【Problem description】
1. Failing to create and rollback ECS.
【Problem analysis】
The first step to get the volume ID and then check the cinder volume logs. We found that the problem caused there was not enough image_cache space.
【Root cause】
image-cache space is not enough for copying the image.
【Solution Ddescription】
1. Add more capacity to image_cache (we added it to be 120GB).
2. Clear the old image_copy.
