Does anyone know this issue - failing to collect the CDR logs from PBX using BMU?

Hello dear , did you checked the connection between PBX and BMU ?

check connection between u19 and BMU first , check the FTP connection and make sure it is working , check the calls on CDR and make sure calls are on the CDR server or not , try to disconnect and connect it again
