Hello,

I'm having a trouble when I try to make a backup configuration of switch,  the message that iMaster shows me is "Running configuration: backup failed, Failed to upload the file". I have tried to reset the password in Southbound Interconnection Setiings > FTP Settings but still is not working. I hope you can help me

Hi user_4274377,
Please make sure that the SSH client is enabled on the switch. If SSH is not enabled, run the ssh client first-time enable command to enable SSH.
