Hello, dear!

Have a nice day!

1. At first, make sure the integrity of the patch file. Compare the md5sum of the patch file with the md5sum provided to see if they are the same.

2. Make sure if the basic environment before upgrading satisfies the requirement of the patch. Confirm the requirement of the patch from the “PatchUpgradeGuide”,

use the TCM to view the version of system and agent of the TC, and use short cut key “Ctrl+Alt+A” on TC to view the patch information that the TC has been upgraded. After that, make sure if the basic environment before upgrading satisfies the requirement of the patch.

3. If the 1 and 2 are both satisfied, the network may be the problem, and then upgrade the patch again.

4. If the upgrading still fails, provide the error log to supporting staff for analyzing.

5. Upgrade the basic environment the patch requires again including the system and patches, and then upgrade the patch.

This is only a general method for locating the fault. You can rectify the fault according to the actual situation.

Hope can help you!
