Failed to transfer the file

Hello everyone,

After the basic configurations of the USG6600 are complete, start the TFTP client on the laptop. Enter TFTP 192.168.0.3 get USG6000V100R001C10SPC200.bin on the device. The device prompts you to start transferring the version file. Then, the system prompts you that the transfer fails. The PC can ping the device successfully, but the PC cannot ping the device.

This problem occurs in both the management port and the service port. The IP addresses of the management port, service port, and laptop are in the same network segment, and the FTP function is enabled on all the ports.

Please tell me how to solve this problem.

As a next-generation firewall, the USG6600 has more precise configuration and control requirements. To ensure smooth transmission, run the following command to set the source and destination security zones to Trust.

security-policy

rule name  local-trust

   source-zone local

   destination-zone trust

   action permit
