Failed to subscribe to the GIS.
【possible Cause】
1. The SDS service is abnormal.
2. Transmission Failure
3. The user does not have the permission or is locked.
4. "2.1 Compatibility Switch in Distributed Scenarios Is Inconsistent
【Check Method】
1. Check whether the SDS service process is not running.
On the System Home page, choose Operation and Maintenance. On the displayed Configuration page, click the Operation and Maintenance tab. The Operation and Maintenance tab page is displayed. In the navigation tree, choose System Monitor > Services. On the Services page that is displayed, check the status of the ubp_sds_adapter service.
2. Perform the ping operation.
3. Log in to the eAPP management system, choose MDC Service > Configuration > Dispatcher Configuration > User Group Configuration, and check whether the user has no related rights or the lock status is locked.
4. On the System Home page, choose Operation and Maintenance > Configuration. In the navigation tree, choose System Configuration > Compatibility Switch. On the Compatibility Switch page that is displayed, check whether the status of the compatibility switch of each MDC is consistent.
【Recovery Method】
1. Restart the SDS service.
Use PuTTY to log in to the server and run the following command as user ubp:
/opt/SDS/openfire/bin/openfire restart
2. Checking Transmission
3. On the UDC ("UDC Service "- User Management), modify the registration data so that the subscriber has the GIS subscription (DC) and GIS view rights (terminal) and the subscriber has the GIS report permission.
4. On the Compatibility Switch page, click Edit next to the default configuration item. The Edit Compatibility Switch dialog box is displayed.
