Hello

We have HUAWEI S5720-36C-PWR-EI-AC switch with V200R019C10SPC500 V200R019SPH016 software.

Some of our users failed dot1x authentication with reason "Failed to set table to LPU/AP"

There is not much information on Huawei portal about it https://support.huawei.com/enterprise/ru/doc/EDOC1000091883/1fb254cd/failed-to-set-table-to-lpu-ap-errcode-417

Had someone the same problem? Is it harware issue?

Failed to send authorization messages to the interface board. The possible cause is a system error on the device. You are advised to determine which device the terminal that cannot be authenticated belongs to. Check whether the device version is very old.
