kindly provide us the below:

1- is there any action had been taken on the server side, or any network element side ?

2- what was the latest action taken before this issue happening.

3- please provide the eSight version.

4- collect the server logs using one collect as below:

After this you  see the customer already confirmed that the issue had been resolved, and it’s root cause was due to network cable issue .
