Failed to query OD data，error code:0x44000087

This time, I will share with you a case about failing to query OD data.

Problem Description 

When a user performs WDM performance analysis on an NE, an error message is displayed indicating that the error code is 0x44000087. As a result, the OSNR cannot be analyzed.

Handling Process

1.Click"Display complete route"to confirm that each OBU has an OMP8 board.

2.After a user navigates to the NE Explorer, it is found that there is no OSC between the two NEs, and no core route is formed.

3.One site is not configured with the FIU board. Therefore, the OSC board cannot be formed with other NEs.

According to the analysis, the FIU board is not configured at a site. As a result, the OSC cannot be formed with other NEs.

So it is recommended to add a board to form an OSC with other NEs. No performance error will be reported during performance analysis.
