Hello, experts!

I want to provision on FusionAccess, but failed and the error information is “Failed to write the SID to the VM", do you know the reason?

Dear Helen,

Synchronization between multiple sites takes a long time. During domain adding, VMs are added to a domain controller that is not configured on the ITA GUI. As a result, SIDs may not be found in the specified period.

You can configure "DNS Suffix Search List".

Configure the DNS suffix search list so that HWsysprep adds VMs to the domain controller specified by the ITA when running the domain adding command. You can run the ipconfig /all command to view the configuration.

ipconfig /all

The DNS Suffix Search List can be configured in any of the following ways:

1. VM NIC.

VM NIC

2. Intra-VM Local Policy.

Intra-VM Local Policy

3. DHCP Server Configuration.

DHCP server configure
