Hello, everyone. I want to share a IVS3800 product case. Failed to play back vehicle snapshot recordings.
Symptoms
When we click the snapshot playback button, a message is displayed indicating that no recording is available.
Version.8.1.RC2

Analysis
1.Check whether recordings exist based on the error message.
We checked the camera and found the recording exist.
2.Check the product documentation for configurations that are not performed.
No unconfigured items found.
3.Check whether the latest iClient version is available at http://support.huawei.com. Download the latest iClient version and find that the fault is rectified.
Method introduction & Solution
1.Use the latest iClient version.
2.When we use the laster version still have issue ,you can contact the Huawei engier.
