Failed to mount Tools.


[Cause analysis]
If a VM of another type is selected, the platform cannot accurately determine which Tools are mounted on the VM. As a result, the task fails. The fault is rectified after the correct operating system type has been selected.

After the VM has stopped, select the following OS types and restart the VM.

[Solution]
If a VM of another type is selected, the platform cannot accurately determine which Tools are mounted to the VM. As a result, the task fails. After the VM has shut down, select the correct OS type and restart the VM.

If the appropriate OS is not on the list, we can just download the tools manually from support website then mount it to the VM via ISO.
