Failed to login VM with error 6030

【Issue Description】
When a user logs in to a VM from the TC, an error message "6030" is displayed.
 
【 How to make the issue occur】
Disable the 28511 port that is required for communicating with the VM on the firewall.

【Troubleshooting Procedure】

Step 1    If an error occurs on the client, view the client log clientlog.
Step 2    View the clientlog file and search for the keyword 6030. The log contains Connect VncGate/VM Failed(192.168.27.110:28511).
 113146e0e3og83lgyhe5zh.png?114.pngStep 3    The client uses the Telnet protocol and connects to the VM IP address through port 28511. The port is unreachable. It is found that the port is unreachable.
Step 4    Check the firewall settings. The firewall blocks the port communication. After the firewall is unblocked, the login is normal.


【Solution】
Unblock the firewall.

【Root Cause】

The 28511 port is used to log in to a VM. If the port is unreachable, you cannot log in to the VM.
