Hi,guys,

I Have a U2980,I am failed to login that by LTM tools!May I have some advice?
Can I login with web UI?

Please provide the error message displayed when you fail to log in to the LMT.

Alternatively, you can locate the issue by following the below points:


1. network connectivity between the LMT PC and U2980;


2. check whether the user name and password are correct;


3. check whether the LMT version and the U29 version match.

Lastly, U2980 doesn't support Web interfare.

Hello, boss. If you login the LMT failed, the possible causes:
1.The network between the LMT and OMU is congested.
2.The LMT login mode does not match the server.
3.The LMT version does not match the OMU version.
4.The current time is beyond the validity period of the OMU certificate.
Procedure
1.On a PC where the LMT is installed, run the ping command to check whether the OMU can be pinged. If the OMU cannot be pinged, check whether the IP address of the PC belongs to the same network segment as the OMU or whether the physical cables are properly connected.
2.In the LMT login window, verify that Mode is set to Security(SSL) in the Server Management window. Relog in to the LMT.
3.Check whether the LMT version is the same as the OMU version. If they are different, uninstall the LMT and install the LMT of the same version as the OMU.
4.Using the Samba Service to Access the OMU Shared Directory, double-click lmtserver_ca_certificate.cer or lmtserver_server_certificate.cer in \huawei\cgp\workshop\omu\workspace1\server\etc\conf\deploy to view the validity period of the OMU certificate. Check whether the current time is within the validity period of the OMU

the possible cause:

there is a FW so that the port is blocked
the antivirus software delete some part or limit the LMT
the PW word is incorrect;
you can use a basic tool try to connect ,if still have problem ,it should not the LMT problem

Hello, bro,
wish you can consider my solution.
1. U2980 can not support web interface, which means you can not configure or manage it via WEB.
2. if you can not connect the LMT with U2980,
a. try to connect a serial cable with serial port to check whether all board are online.
b. check whether you can ping/reach the destination IP.
c. record the error code then report to Huawei TAC.
