This topic describes how to deal with the problem that failed to login to the DEC6108 web page using default IP address.

Problem Description

Cannot login to the DEC6108 webpage using default IP address.

The DEC6108 is a new deployed decoder, and it can be ping.

Failed to login

Handling Process

1. Tried to ping the default IP, it was pingable.

Ping

2. Change the Compatibility View settings, the problem still exist.

3. Re-install current version then upgrade to new version DEC6108 V100R002C30SPC207. After that, the issue is resolved.
