Check the details and find that the database has damage because of the abnormal power off.

Solution Description
Recover database using the backup data. Then the issue is solved.
Suggestions
1. Upgrade the FusionCompute version to V100R006C10SPH107 the FusionAccess version to V100R006C20.
2. Backup the data to a third server. Because there may be abnormal power off by accident, if the physical server OS is damaged, you can use the backup data to recover.
